About the project

The new Data Center has been commissioned to replace an existing facility.

The site, located in Ikoyi, Lagos has an approximate measurement of 1,342.5 m2. The proposed Data Center, has a GIA of 2,000 m2.

There are two primary function zones incorporated into the building, made up of the Data Center Zone which is the core of the development and the Services/Support Zone.

To enhance the common basic looking facility structure, it is proposed that the building be externally finished with aluminium cladding to achieve a modern and interesting elevation.
