About the project

The commercial office development is an 8 -storey building comprising of a single level of basement parking and 7 floors of lettable open plan office space, with a canteen on the 8th floor.


The design intent is in response to the Client’s desire for a dynamic and unique contemporary building.¬†With a Gross Internal Floor Area of 7000 sq.m, the building is sub-divided into 2 distinct zones which share a common circulation core and a ground floor reception lobby.


The facade comprises of unitized curtain wall system and sun shading screens over the south facing walls enhancing the thermal performance of the building.
