About the project

A commercial development, Rachel Court is a contemporary five-storey building comprising four floors of lettable open plan office space, five floors of showroom space, corporate offices as well as basement storage space and warehouse facilities.

The design intent is in direct response to the client’s desire for a contemporary building, which portrays their mission to proffer lifestyle solutions for modern living to their upscale target market.

With a GIA of 6,907 m2, the building is sub-divided into two distinct zones that share a common circulation core and a ground floor reception lobby.

The stone finish facade along with the sun shading screens across the south facing walls enhance the thermal performance of the building.
