About the project
The Multi-storey Car Park is a seven-storey parking facility located in Falomo, Ikoyi Lagos. It is bounded on the East side by the Falomo bridge and the North side by the Falomo Police barracks. On the South side is the three story LASWA Head Office and Jetty Terminal building.
With a GIA (gross internal floor area) of 31,454 m. sq. with parking bays for 810 cars located on the ground to 6th floor. The 7th floor serves as a recreation zone with an events hall, gymnasium and bar specifically for the client’s needs.
