About the project

This thirteen-storey luxury apartment block comprises a total of 34 apartments of two and three bed units within a tower structure.

A variety of recreational facilities like an outdoor sit-out and bar area, swimming pool, tennis court, gym, and playground, are all accommodated on the first floor podium.

The development is located on approximately 5,000 m2 stand with a GIA of about
19,650 m2.

A ‘Y’ shape building, the design was driven by the need to create an interesting form in-line with the client’s brief. To create pockets of engaging activities between the wings and to provide communal interaction spaces for the occupants.

The architecture can best be described as contemporary neoclassical – a combination of rich classical details and minimalist modern architecture.
