About the project

The development is located along the northern shore of Ikoyi, Lagos facing the lagoon. The clients brief was to provide a 12no. apartment building. Said apartments being made up of 2no. 2-bedroom units, 6no. 3-bedroom units, 2no. 4-bedroom units and 2 no. pent house units.  The building is configured over six floors around an atrium. The total area amounts to about 5,300m2. Said units are supported with a large recreational facility between the building and the shoreline. Parking for 36no. cars under the building
