About the project

The new banquet hall in Okija will provide first class multipurpose facilities for large and small functions for the people of Okija and environs.

Situated adjacent to the Okija golf course complex yielding panoramic views of the manicured greens from the large foyer preceding the hall.

Total capacity of the hall is 1200 people with the option of partitioning into three smaller halls of 400 people each. Five additional meeting rooms are provided for smaller functions.

The imposing architectural effect is modern, using mainly aluminium cladding external finishes and large glazing introduced in certain spaces.

Comprising of three floors and covering a GIA of 9,214 m2. This project was conceived to become a center for social and cultural activities for Okija as well as for Anambra state.
