With a GIA (gross internal floor area) of 31,454 m. sq. with parking bays for 810 cars located on the ground to 6th floor. Strategically located at the intersection of Akin Adesola and Saka Tinubu streets in the central business district of Victoria island. The building form was created using gentle curved surfaces of high performance glass with horizontal tubular details which accentuate the sweeping effect of the curved façade. The new builds include a seven- storey car park with a GIA (gross internal floor area) of 31,454 m2, the new three story Jetty Terminal building (LASWA Head Office) with a GIA of 2,010 m2 incorporating berthing space for 20 boats. The New office building which spans seven floors, features an attached link structure as well as an energy centre for use by the entire complex. The combined GIA is 7,838 m2. There are two primary function zones incorporated into the building, made up of the Data Center Zone which is the core of the development and the Services/Support Zone. Special security consideration is given to vehicular access in and out of the premises to control movement of bullion vans and other types of vehicles. This process is managed at the security building that straddles the road facing perimeter. Other provisions include ground and first floor parking and offices on the 2nd floor level.
