About the project

Located on Olu Holloway Road (formerly Temple Road). Ikoyi, Lagos, this residential development comprises of 14 luxury apartment units, with facilities which include a swimming pool, gymnasium, games room, children’s play area and ample parking.

Within the framework of a post-modern design style, the conceptual mass of the building is dictated by a need to carve out a private niche for residents.

Consequently an inward looking design solution evolved that encourages communality whilst maintaining utmost privacy.

In combination with its subtle receding pull the U-shaped building form lends itself to a moulding process that yields a crisp architectural style, featuring the use of modern architectural elements: Clean sweeping horizontal sun visors, solar-sensitive glazing, generous terraces, all within a minimalist yet strikingly modern build.
