MTN Head Office Complex
About the project
This project entails refurbishment of an existing office block and new builds for the MTN Head Office Complex, located at Falomo, Ikoyi, Lagos.
The new builds include a seven- storey car park with a GIA (gross internal floor area) of 31,454 m2, the new three story Jetty Terminal building (LASWA Head Office) with a GIA of 2,010 m2 incorporating berthing space for 20 boats.
The New office building which spans seven floors, features an attached link structure as well as an energy centre for use by the entire complex. The combined GIA is 7,838 m2.
A link structure connects the new office block to the existing Golden Plaza building, which has been refurbished with an aluminium and stone cladded facade.
