About the project

A luxury residential apartment block located on two adjoining plots of 4,380 m2 in Banana island, Ikoyi.

This development is made up of two L-shaped buildings, one of which has a fan-shaped foot plate, joined at the base by a raised private garden, swimming pool, and a link bridge on the 6th floor.

There are parking facilities for sixty six cars below the pool. The site accommodates 22 units of six different typologies.

The unique internal and external design achieves the flexibility to appeal to a wide range of clientele looking for two, three and four bed apartments and maisonettes.
