About the project

This proposed 150no. room four-star hotel is located on a 1.7-hectare site along the Nkwo-Okija Marlet road, Okija, Anambra State, Nigeria. With a total of 159 car parking spaces, the shape and form of the building was design to screen the steep escarpment to the west and face overlook the golf course to the east. Like most hotels if this ilk the rooms are supported with a restaurant, conference rooms, bar, tennis court, swimming pool, and several bars etc.
