About the project

The Moore’s development sits on approximately 20.240 sq.m. of land. It consists of 82 units of luxury apartments with varying typologies from 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments (maisonettes).
The living areas overlook a landscaped courtyard which accommodates pockets of garden spaces with lush vegetation, a swimming pool and children’s play area.

In creating a serene environment, all parking facilities have been zoned to a semi-basement floor thereby creating a pedestrian experience which increases social interaction between residents, enhances a healthy lifestyle and reduces the effect of vehicular pollution.
The apartments are complimented with lifestyle facilities which include a spa, gymnasium, squash and lawn tennis courts.
