About the project

This L-shaped block consists of five apartments on 3-storeys. It is situated on a 1,121.5 m2 plot.

Each apartment’s main rooms have views of the swimming pool and landscaped gardens which are situated in the common rec- reational area.

Externally finished with brilliant white walls, the terrace areas are accentuated by color.

The architecture, guided by minimalist principles and the use of large windows enhance the modern composition.

The structure has a total GIA of approximately 730 m2.
