About the project

This 6 story development is a specialized building designed to cater for a client who provides support services to the banking industry. The services include the storage, movement and sorting of money across the country.

In order for the building to function as required, the provision of adequate security and vault spaces are essential and this is evident in the façade treatment coupled with a number of passive/active security installations.

Special security consideration is given to vehicular access in and out of the premises to control movement of bullion vans and other types of vehicles.  This process is managed at the security building that straddles the road facing perimeter. Other provisions include ground and first floor parking and offices on the 2nd floor level.
