About the project

This 20-storey apartment building located on a 5,900m2 site between Alexander Avenue and Five Cowrie Creek adjacent to the Lekki bridge.  With 50no. apartments made up of 46no. 3-bedroom apartments 3no. 3-bedroom maisonette apartments with swimming pools and a 4-bedroom penthouse with terrace swimming pool. The development also has a large communal swimming pool deck, gym, games room, badminton court, parking for 105no. cars as well as a jetty for several motor yachts.
