About the project

Located along five cowrie creek and accessible from Alexander Avenue on a 2,500m2 site this proposal posed several changes namely the narrowness of the site.  The development accommodates 24no. 3-bedroom apartments. Due to the limitations of the site the ground floor has been assigned to carparking for 50 cars, the first floor to mechanical and electrical services with the recreational facilities such as swimming pool, children’s playground and gym being assigned to the roof area of the building.
