In recent years, ACCL has been commissioned to provide consultancy services in more diverse project typologies within sectors such as Healthcare, Places of Worship, Recreation, Hospitality and Education along with the more traditional residential and office projects.
There has been an acceptance by clients to embrace new trends in contemporary architecture that has afforded ACCL the opportunity to explore more sophisticated architectural and engineering solutions to design challenges.
On this website you will find an overview of the projects that have been commissioned over the last 3-5 years. Some of which are completed, while others are at various stages of construction or design.
ACCL’s designs over the years have been recognised with awards from the local construction industry, assessors and enthusiasts alike.
In our continuous pursuit of growth and a wider client base, ACCL is aiming, in the near future, to broaden its focus to include international commissions. The company’s current platform and quality of service delivery is well geared to achieve this.

Our philosophy is that our work speaks for itself. ACCL prides itself on the personal service it renders to it’s clients. This entails a one-on-one relationship between the client and one of our principal Directors.
The process
In conjunction with it’s allied Engineering and Quantity Surveying parters, ACCL offers a comprehensive, all inclusive consultancy service.
On completion of the tender process and once the contractors have been appointed, ACCL will also provide effective supervision/inspection throughout the construction period. This may include additional supervision ranging from site visits to full time residency, depending on the client’s requirements.
It is imperative to note that a minimum of one principal director is always involved with every stage of the project.
ACCL’s billing is based on either a percentage of the construction cost or a time charge. These fees are exclusive of reimbursable expenses such as printing, traveling, hotels, etc.
Our process of working entails the obtaining of a detailed brief at inception. This is key to the realisation of any successful project. Sketch designs are then presented and, once approved by the client, production of construction information commences and ends with the presentation of relevant tender and construction documents.
